The Libyan Business Council (LBC) informed Libya Herald that it is co-convening a Libyan-Moroccan Business Forum on 8 June in Casablanca.

The LBC said the holding of the forum comes based on the decision of the Chairman of the LBC to establish the Libyan-Moroccan Business Council, and following discussions with the Moroccan Businessmen's Union and previous agreements with that Union.

About 50 Libyan businesspeople are expected to participate.

The forum will focus on the following sectors:

- Contracting and Construction

- Oil, Gas, and Alternative Energy
