The Libyan Business Council (LBC) will be hosting a presentation on the pioneering Pure Core project. The project focuses on the local production of activated carbon using agricultural resources and waste.

The LBC says this comes within the context of its commitment to supporting sustainable projects with a positive environmental impact that contribute to economic diversification and the utilization of local resources,

The Libyan Business Council invites its members - business owners and companies operating in the date and palm sectors, various industries, the health sector, water treatment, solar energy, and oil and gas companies – to attend the presentation on Thursday, 16 July at its Tripoli headquarters.

The presentation will cover the project's concept, technologies, and associated investment and cooperation opportunities, especially since the Pure Core project was selected as one of 80 projects chosen by the Hult Prize platform from among approximately 18,000 entrepreneurial projects from around the world.
