London, 10 March 2021:

The clearance of war remnants at the disused Tripoli International Airport to allow the Italian consortium to resume its construction work, was discussed during an expanded Tripoli Transport Ministry meeting yesterday.[restrict paid=”true”]

The meeting included the military authorities in charge of war remnants clearance and the security of the Gaser Ben Ghasheer site.

At the end of the meeting, the attendees agreed on the necessity of cooperation between them and concerted efforts, given the importance of the airport and the need to establish a mechanism to facilitate procedures and ensure the flow of work on the projects contracted for implementation.[/restrict]
