Italian airline ITA will launch a new route between Tripoli and Milan ”soon”, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transportation Wissam Al-Idrissi for was quoted as saying by Libyan online news outlet Fawasel last Saturday.
It will be recalled that commercial ITA flights between Benghazi’s Benina Airport and Rome and Milan are scheduled for launch in June this year.

Finally, the Undersecretary was quoted as saying that Qatar Airways inspected Mitiga Airport recently, and agreed to launch a route for its flights from it, and that coordination is underway to launch in the near future.
