United Electronics, part of the HB Group, opened a new Apple authorised I-Shop reseller in the Siyahiya area of Tripoli last week.

Rami Dernawi, General Manager of United Electronics, told Libya Herald the new I-Shop opening comes within the framework of the continuous expansion of the retail network of the HB Holding Group. This aims to meet the needs of customers and provide an exceptional buying experience through technical means targeted at meeting the requirements of the era of artificial intelligence (AI), he added.

The iShop provides a wide range of leading Apple products such as iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and a range of original accessories. The store is also distinguished by its modern and comfortable design, as it allows visitors to explore the products and choose what suits their needs through direct use and dealing with the products, Dernawi explained.

In addition, the I-Shop provides product maintenance and technical support service, allowing customers can benefit from the professional expertise of the store’s specialized team. It was one of the store’s most important values that they provide comprehensive and distinguished support, including updating the membership, consulting, repairs and upgrades to their customers, the General Manager emphasised.

Guaranteed original Apple products
In addition to guaranteeing original Apple products, a service that cannot be taken for granted in Libya, the store offers a wide variety of original accessories such as phone covers, headphones, chargers, and other additional devices to enhance their experience with the products.

Maintenance and technical support in-store
Maintenance and technical support service for Apple products can also be provided. This is through technicians at the highest levels to assist customers in the event of technical problems, and repairs and upgrades for broken devices can be made in the maintenance centre available inside the store.

The I-Shop provides a customer advisory service, whereby in-store professionals can provide advice and guidance on suitable products, applications, and services available. They aim to help customers make informed decisions and get the most out of their products.
