Misrata Chamber of Commerce hosts delegation representing 30 Egyptian companies in the food packaging sector

Misrata Chamber of Commerce holds meeting with companies to discuss HoR’s new tax bill

‎Misrata Chamber of Commerce received last Monday (30 March 30) at its administrative headquarters, an economic delegation that includes representatives of 30 major Egyptian companies specialized in the manufacture, trade, packaging and packaging of foodstuffs.

The Egyptian delegation was hey received by a member of the Chamber’s Management Committee, accompanied by several directors of departments in the Chamber and a group of businessmen with food industry activities in the city of Misrata.‎

‎This visit came in the context of the Chamber’s keenness to support the private sector and enable its members to learn about the latest experiences and expertise in the fields of industry and trade, especially in the sectors of food industry, packaging and logistics, which represent a key pillar in the development of the national economy.‎

The reception activities witnessed the holding of a series of bilateral meetings between representatives of Egyptian companies and their Libyan businessmen, where opportunities for joint cooperation were reviewed, and the possibility of establishing investment projects that contribute to supporting the local market and enhancing trade exchange between the two countries was discussed.‎

‎At the end of the visit, the Egyptian delegation expressed its appreciation for the good reception and organization, stressing their desire to enhance cooperation with their counterparts from Libyan companies and work to translate these meetings into real projects that serve the interests of the two brotherly countries.‎
