Tripoli based Libyan Prime Minister, Abdel Hamid Aldabaiba, inaugurated yesterday the launch of the foreign operation of the Misrata Cardiovascular Centre, as part of the package of health projects that will be opened this February across Libya.
The Misrata Centre will be operated jointly by the local administration and the foreign administration of Qatari’s Eleganicia Healthcare. This move comes in implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decree No. (530) of October 2024, which authorises the Department of Support and Development of Medical Services (DSDMS) to contract with Elegancia to operate six health facilities throughout the country for a period of 15 years.
