24 Libyan participants in Tunisia Business Export Forum 8-9 June Sfax, Tunisia

Headed by the Tripoli and the Misrata Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Misrata University, 24 Libyan participants are taking part in the 4th Tunisia Business Export Forum being held in Sfax from 8 to 9 August. The event is organised by the Sfax Chamber of Commerce and industry (CCIS).

There were 12 participating countries in the forum: Ivory Coast – Nigeria – Cameroon – Congo Brazzaville – Pakistan – Burkina Faso – Senegal – Chad – Guinea Conakry – Morocco – Algeria – Libya.

Participating Libyan companies were in the leather, food, event management, paints, natural oils, aluminium, commercial shutters, plastics, and furniture sectors.

Representing the Tripoli Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Tripoli at the event, Idhayer Aljazwi, reminded the participants of the cooperation agreement between the Tripoli and Sfax Chambers.

He added that the Tripoli Chamber is a strong supporter of the activities of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Maghreb countries, and of their permanent coordination, and dealing with issues of feasibility at the general level, including the issue of alternative energy.
