The Italian embassy in Tripoli will be holding on 2 and 3 December an Italian Cuisine event in Tripoli’s Old City (Dar Abdalla Crista). This is part of the annual World Italian Cuisine Week.

The event will include a food market, food tasting, and live show cooking events of risotto , pizza and arancino.

The Italian embassy explains that this annual thematic event is dedicated to the promotion of quality Italian cuisine and agri-food products, promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and by the network of Embassies, Consulates, Italian Cultural Institutes and Italian Trade Agency ITA/ICE offices abroad.

The event continues a tradition of Italian cultural events organised by the active Italian embassy in Tripoli.
