The towers complex will be in the Jiliana area of Benghazi and consists of three towers, one residential tower, one a hotel and the third will be an office tower‎. The highest tower will be 124 meters, the second 84 meters and the third 68 meters. The towers will overlook the 23rd of July Lake and the golf course ‎‎near the Sports City.
