Reflecting on the very successful Libya Energy & Economic Summit 2026 (LEES), held in Tripoli from 24-26 January, AmCham Libya President Debbie Hirst said she was very pleased to organize the Second AmCham Pavilion at LEES 2026. The 2026 Pavilion built on the success of last year’s Pavilion, and was made up of 17 companies, including some of the world’s greatest in the energy sector.

This year’s participants were Baker Hughes, Caterpillar, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Cudd Well Control, Elastec, GardaWorld, GE Vernova, H&P, Halliburton, Hill International, KBR, Nabors, NOV, PICO Technologies, Red Wing and SLB.

LEES had a very American flavour this year. Massad Boulos, Senior Advisor to the President on Arab and Middle Eastern Affairs, was a keynote speaker.

ConocoPhillips and Chevron headlined LEES with signing ceremonies. Prime Minister Aldabaiba and Boulos toured the AmCham Pavilion, which was great fun for the participating companies.
