The Chairman of Libya’s state National Oil Corporation (NOC), Masoud Suleiman, revealed today that under the auspices of the NOC, the Unified Operating Agreement for the I/R field within concession areas NC115-NC186 in the Murzuq Basin was signed between the five partners. These are:
1- Akakus Oil Operations
2- Total Energies
3- Repsol
4- Equinor
5- OMV
Suleiman said this agreement strengthens the strategic partnership and establishes the foundations of cooperation to develop operations and achieve the highest levels of operational efficiency.
