After a hiatus of more than two years, Al-Hadaba Al-Khadra General Hospital announced today the resumption of hip replacement surgeries.
The surgeries will be performed by the specialized medical team in the Orthopaedic Surgery Department, in cooperation with the Department of Support and Development of Medical Services (DSDMS).
The hospital said this step comes as part of the hospital’s commitment to reactivating specialized surgical services and raising the level of healthcare provided to patients, in line with modern medical standards and contributing to alleviating patient suffering.
On a broader level, the move comes as part of the Tripoli government’s localisation of healthcare.
