The National Oil Corporation’s (NOC) Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) announced last Wednesday (22 May) the operation of the gas drying unit and fuel processing unit at the Nafoura field, after a continuous break of more than 13 years.
AGOCO indicated that this work will help increase the production rates of the field and will ensure the removal of moisture from natural gas, which increases its quality and efficiency in use.
In addition, the Fuel Treatment Unit will ensure clean and convenient fuel for the operation of equipment and engines, reducing failure and improving system performance.
