Around 20 people have been killed today and many injured in a flare up of inter-tribal violence in . . .[restrict]Sebha. A blood feud between the Abu Seif and Tabu tribes is believed to have triggered the violence. According to Abu Seif tribal leader, his people came under attack when they arrived at a meeting with the Tabu elders to try and settle the feud.
Associated Press quoted local hospital surgeon Ahmed Ali al-Hefnawi, that most of the dead had perished from gunshot wounds.
