The commander of the Libya Shield Forces in Benghazi has ordered drugs and alcohol tests on all personnel, “in order to provide better services to the public”, targeting in particular those Force members who serve on night duty.
Instructions have been given to the Marada Medical Centre by the General Chief of Staff of the Benghazi Protection Force, to examine all local Libya Shield members to ensure that they are free of toxins and alcohol. [/restrict]
