The eastern branch of the state Privatisation and Investment Board (PIB) announced today that it has begun the procedures for the Libyan Egyptian Company for Paper Industries factory to resume operations.
It said this is yet another project preparing to return to work within the scope of the branch’s services.
It reported that the Follow-up Department conducted a field visit to factory, located in the Talhia area of Benghazi, for the purpose of renewing the practice license and actually starting the return of work.
The PIB said the factory of the Libyan Egyptian Paper Industries Company is considered unique in the field of corrugated paper industry in Libya.
