Sirte Oil and Gas Production Company announced last yesterday that it has restarted its First Methanol Plant and commenced production after completing the necessary infrastructure upgrades.
Simultaneously, it reported, the Second Nitrogen Unit at the Petrochemical Power Plant was also restarted after being connected to the modern DCS control system. This will enhance the stability and efficiency of nitrogen gas supplies to all facilities within the industrial complex, it added.
The company said this progress clearly demonstrates the high level of technical readiness and the exceptional ability to efficiently and effectively restore and operate production units, adhering to the latest safety and quality standards. This contributes to supporting national production and strengthening the oil industry.
