The Islamic Development Bank Institute (IsDBI) announced last Sunday (2 August) that, in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Treasury and Risk Management Departments, it successfully conducted a specialized executive capacity-building programme for officials of the Central Bank of Libya.

The initiative aimed to support the development and growth of the Islamic financial industry in Libya and strengthen institutional capabilities within the country's financial sector.

The programme covered a comprehensive range of advanced topics, including Sukuk issuance, liquidity and portfolio management, treasury operations and settlements, and emerging AI-related security risks.
