The General Union of Libyan Chambers of Commerce reminded that Spanish capital, Madrid, will host the third edition of the Libyan-European Oil, Energy, and Gas Forum from 2–3 December 2026.
The forum will be held under the auspices of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the supervision of the General Union of Libyan Chambers of Commerce.
The event will be featuring over 70 companies specializing in oil services, technology, and logistics.
The organisers said the forum will address sector development projects, production increases, the strengthening of Libyan-European cooperation, and the opening of new avenues for investment and the exchange of expertise.
The forum will include panel discussions led by international experts, focusing on development opportunities and technical and operational support for Libya’s oil, gas, and energy sector.
