Made in Italy Day will take place on 16 May at the 50th Tripoli International Fair

Italian Trade Agency (ICE) re-establishes itself in Libya

The Italian Trade Agency (ITA / ICE) (Logo: Italian embassy).

The Italian Embassy reports that the ‘Made in Italy’ day 2024 will be held on 16 May at the Tripoli International Fairgrounds as part of the 50th Tripoli International Fair (15 to 21 May). The event will be held under the banner ”Italy-Libya: Comparing opportunities”.

The Italian Embassy reports that the speakers at the event will be:

  • The Italian ambassador to Libya Gianluca Alberini
  • Mohamed Hwej – Minister of Economy and Trade
  • Luigi D’Aprea – Italian Trade Agency / ICE
  • Mohamed Raied – President of the Libyan General Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry
  • Nicola Colucci – Libyan Italian Chamber of Commerce
  • Anwar Abu Sitta – Libyan Italian Chamber of Commerce / President of Tripoli Chamber of Commerce
