London, 16 October 2018:
The Libyan British Business Council (LBBC) will take a members’ mission to Tunis from 22 to 24 October.
It says that the event offers an opportunity to generate increased trade and Iinvestment between Britain and Libya.
Deputy Prime Minister Ahmed Maetig is slated to speak to the opening session on 23 October, addressing LBBC member companies and Libyan business guests on Libya’s economic prospects.
Tripoli Central Bank of Libya Governor Saddek Elkaber is also listed to speak to the afternoon session.
Mustafa Sanalla, chairman of the National Oil Corporation will meet LBBC member companies bilaterally on 22 October and address the conference immediately after Ahmed Maetig on the 23rd.
The LBBC says the Tunis conference gives it a further opportunity to demonstrate its commitment to Libya and to the NOC. The LBBC has remained a steadfast partner and friend to both throughout the often difficult and turbulent days Libya has experienced.
