The local boss of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), who was kidnapped . . .[restrict]in Tripoli on Monday, has been freed this evening.
Han Seok-woo was freed today, Deputy Minister of Defence Khaled Elshrif said, and his abductors arrested. Speaking on national TV, he said that the group holding Seok-woo had not made any ransom demands.
Elshrif said he was unable to give any further details in case this damaged investigations.
Seok-woo is understood to have been taken from his vehicle by four gunmen in the early hours of Monday morning. [/restrict]
