The top 50 Turkish construction companies will participate in the 4th International Libya Building and Construction Exhibition from 26 June to 1 July, Turkish Daily Sabah reports.
The exhibition is organized by the Turkish ICF Fairs company and sponsored by the General Union of Libyan Chambers of Commerce and Industry and will be held at the Tripoli Fairgrounds.
The exhibition is expected to be visited by Libyan Prime Minister Abd Alhamid Aldabaiba, Ministers, high-level officials, businessmen and investors, it added.
In an interview with Anatolia News Agency, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ICF Exhibitions Company, Masoud Akbenar, indicated that Turkish businessmen met with 14 ministers from Aldabaiba’s government, during their recent visit to Turkey.
He stressed that businessmen have expressed their enthusiasm towards Aldabaiba’s call for Turkish businessmen to return to Libya again, explaining that Libya is at the top of the countries that Turkish businessmen know as a result of their long investments in it.
ICF reports that the event will cover: Ceramic and flooring, Cement products, Electrotechnical products and electronic equipment, Protection systems, Fiber Glass Products, Scaffolding and pouring of concrete, Heavy equipment companies, Lighting equipment, Marble and stone products, Installation of kitchens and their products, Pipe and plumbing, Sanitary fittings, Metal Products Protection Systems, Woods, Fixtures and fittings, Decors and furnishings, Outdoor furniture, Accessories and decorations, Irrigation systems, External maintenance, Sensors and measuring instruments, Automatic control systems and CCTV Systems.
It also reports that besides Libya and Turkey, there will be exhibitors from Tunisia, Egypt, Italy and Jordan.
