The Libyan Iron and Steel Company (LISCO) announced last Wednesday (6 May) that it had completed the commissioning and performance tests of the High Cold Rolling Mill, implemented by the Turkish company Partner Teknik, were completed this afternoon.
Several board members and employees witnessed the event.
LISCO said this is a strategic move to enhance the company’s production capabilities.
Technically, LISCO said the tests culminated in outstanding results, achieving the minimum target thickness of 0.25 mm, demonstrating the efficiency of the technical equipment and the precision of the work carried out to complete the installation and commissioning of this vital facility.
