Zliten Municipality reported yesterday that it had hosted at its headquarters on the same day the Chargé d’affaires of the Indonesian Embassy, Dr. Didi Ahmad Al-Rifai, and his accompanying delegation. They were received by the Mayor of Zliten, Mohamed Abdul Salam Abu Katif, along with members of the Municipal Council.
An official meeting was held at the Municipality headquarters, during which ways to enhance cooperation in several areas of mutual interest were discussed.
On the sidelines of the visit, the delegation also visited Al-Asmariya Islamic University, the Zliten Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Sheikh Abdul Salam Al-Asmar Zawiya, and the Higher Institute of Engineering Technology, to explore opportunities for cooperation in trade and investment, as well as scientific research and academic exchange.
