The General Authority for Communications and Informatics agreed on a draft MoU with the Joint Higher Committee for the Libya-Africa Transit Corridors Project.
The agreement was concluded during a meeting between the two parties held yesterday at the General Authority’s Tripoli headquarters.
The MoU will serve as a working framework under which the various phases of this important national project will be implemented.
