Libya’s Eastern based Berniq Airways announced yesterday that it had signed an agreement last Thursday (16 May) with Airbus at the company’s headquarters in the French city of Toulouse to purchase six new A320neo and A321neo aircraft.
Berniq reported that an inspection of Airbus’s aircraft production lines in Toulous by its team was also included in the visit.
It also added that the agreement will be followed by several others in various sectors, the most important of which are training, maintenance and safety.
