The Raqameyon project conducted a two-week train-the-trainer course of a group of trainers to master the office software package from the cities of Benghazi, Misurata, Sebha, and Tripoli, Expertise France reports.
The Raqameyon project is funded by the French government and implemented by Expertise France, in cooperation with the General Information Authority, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Local Government.
Expertise France says the course is based on demand for digital office skills in today’s job market and to support Libya in digital transformation and create job opportunities related to digitization and technology.
The trainees will transfer their knowledge and train a large group of public and private sector employees in the coming months in their cities with a focus on women and youth.
