Therefore, HT Group worked on a complete study of the site in addition to structural tests and architectural designs, preparation, preparation and cleaning work for the site began, as it faced a great challenge, which is represented in converting debris and rubble into reconstructions with Libyan cadres. At the beginning of 2022 work started on electrical and sanitary works, civil works and all the necessary finishes, and the basic works of the project were completed within 18 months from the start of the planned implementation date.

He said now the last stage has been launched in which the allocated spaces are handed over to their owners so that each store can implement decorations and supply products for the space allocated to it.

A variety of stores
Al-Jarboui stressed that among the most important shops located inside the mall are furniture and household electrical appliances shops, a hypermarket for foodstuffs, clothing and shoes stores with well-known international brands, a wide variety of home accessories stores, silver and gold stores, and toys and stationery outlets.
