The Union of Libyan Chambers of Commerce reported yesterday that it had agreed on five main points in the MoU signed with National Union of Libyan Workers.
These are:
1-To conduct a census of foreign labourers in Libya.
2-To formation of a triumvirate committee between the Labour Union, the government and business leaders for coordination on economic matters.
3-Inauguration a national programme to reduce unemployment.
4-Treating the poor relations between the labour union and business.
5-Encouraging investment and privatisation.
