Further to its 5 April 2026 announcement, the National Housing and Real Estate Development Programme (NHRDP) announced yesterday that it aims to plan several investment and implementation proposals for integrated residential community projects.

The NHRDP said this comes as part of building a strategic framework for the National Housing Programme. This comes within the Tripoli Prime Minister's Housing Initiative aimed at implementing 150,000 housing units in the Western Region, with funding outside the general budget during the period 2026-2030.

To this end, the NHRDP invites all real estate development companies (public and private), real estate investment companies (public and private), real estate investors and developers, real estate investment funds and financial brokerage and service providers who have the desire and ability to contribute to the implementation of integrated housing development projects to register in the NHRDP’s Real Estate Developers and Investors Registry.

This is to enable them to participate in tenders and projects that will be announced in the coming period.
