Tripoli, 29 October 2016:
One of the ten men found handcuffed and shot dead in Benghazi yesterday has been named as Mustafa Alkifli from Dryana. Alkifli was detained by security forces earlier this year and was held for six months. He was suspected of involvement with terrorist groups.
When he was released he returned to his family home in the town. It was there a week ago that armed men wearing masks broke in and seized him.
His body was found with the nine other victims on a rubbish dump near the social security headquarters in Benghazi. He was buried today in Dryana.
There has as yet been no official comment on the massacre, the second that is known to have happened this year where all the dead were trussed up before being shot and some had been tortured.
