The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is reported to have selected new chargés d’affaires for embassies in Portugal, . . .[restrict]Russia, South Africa and Tanzania.
Foreign Minister Mohamed Al-Dairi will present the four names to the House of Representatives for approval within the next two months.
Dairi recently toured Europe and met Libyan embassy officials. One of the key issues he raised has been the disbursement of funds allocated for scholarships for students studying overseas. [/restrict]
