Tripoli, 20 May 2014:
A rocket apparently fired mistakenly by an unknown individual has killed two people and left . . .[restrict]three others badly burnt after it smashed into a car travelling down Tripoli’s Airport Road.
An official with the fire service told the Libya Herald that the missile had exploded at around one o’clock this morning and that it was believed to have been fired by accident. Those killed and injured have not been identified.
Another rocket, reportedly fired inadvertently, struck in eastern Tripoli this evening at around 5.30 pm, the official said. There was no damage nor casualties from the explosion. [/restrict]
