Tripoli, 20 April 2013:
A unit of army engineers based managed to repair and re-activate the Kufra’s defence system which had been out of . . .[restrict]action for several years. The work took a fortnight to complete.
The system will be used to monitor the Libyan border airspace and protect the Kufra area from threats or any suspicious movements. According to Kufra Free Press, any potential target will be monitored even before entering Libya.
