The Indian Ambassador Mr Anil Trigunayat, called on the Deputy Prime Minister Awad Al-Barasi to discuss cooperation . . .[restrict]in the area of capacity building and the power sector.
They also discussed means and ways for enhancing trade and economic cooperation and business relations between the two countries. The Indian Embassy reported that the Deputy Prime Minister appreciated Indian assistance in the area of training and capacity building as well as that of the Indian technical workforce.
The Indian Ambassador also extended an invitation to the Deputy Prime Minister to visit India, which the Deputy Prime Minister accepted.
