Tripoli, 6 January:
The First Libyan Military Science . . .[restrict]Technology exhibition will be held at Mitiga Air Base, Tripoli, from 20-23 January.
The exhibition is supported by the Supreme Security Committee (SSC) and the Ministry of Defence.
The organizers say that this will be the most important exhibition in this sector after the appointment of the new Ali Zeidan government. They feel that the exhibition will provide an important opportunity for those in this sector to meet their Libyan counterparts.
The organizers also report that they have bookings to participate in the exhibition from France, Germany, Britain, Belgium, Turkey, Russia, China, United Arab Emirates , United States, Canada, Tunisia and Libya.
And these include the fields of helicopters, military clothing and shoes, security equipment, military vehicles, armored vehicles and others.
