Libya’s Chief of Staff, Major-General Yousef Mangoush, has thanked Sudan for its support for the 17 February Revolution.
He was in Khartoum . . .[restrict]to discuss the establishment of a joint border force and measures to protect the border between the two countries.
On Monday he met with with General Ismat Abdul-Rahman, Chief of the Staff of Sudan’s armed forces.
In a press statement Mangoush indicated that the aim of his visit to Sudan was to discuss different aspects of cooperation. He also spoke of a “mutual trust” in the two countries’ relations.
