Tunis, 23 May 2016:

Faiez Serraj today moved on from Abu Dhabi to Saudi Arabia where his quest for . . .[restrict]stronger support may well have received a more positive reaction than he was given in the UAE.

The prime minister-designate went to Jeddah to meet Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, who is the Kingdom’s deputy premier. Apart from the anodyne statement that matters of common interest were discussed, no other details of talks have been released by either side.

It has not been possible to confirm reports that Serraj is staying on in Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah. [/restrict]
