The Beida City Council has decided to dig 84 new groundwater wells in various areas . . .[restrict]of the city.
The council said on that it was made starting the project to try and head off the growing water crisis that affects most areas of Beida,
According to the council, the drilling and equipping of the wells will be financed from the 2014 budget, which was approved in August. [/restrict]
