On the sidelines of the Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank (13-18 April) held in Washington, D.C., Naji Issa, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, and his accompanying delegation met last Friday (17 April), with Clive Vacher, CEO of the British company De La Rue, in the presence of Damian Kwiatowski, Assistant CEO for International Sales to Central Banks.

The meeting was held to follow up on the implementation of the Central Bank of Libya’s plan to print the new banknote denominations (5, 10, and 20 Libyan dinars) and to discuss the delivery schedule for the shipments as agreed upon by both parties.
