Libya’s Celene Olive Oil Company won a gold medal in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Quality Competition at the Japan Olive Oil Prize (JOOP) 2026 held annually in Japan.
The Libyan Export Development Authority (LEDA) reported that this achievement reflects the quality of our national product and its competitiveness in global markets.
LEDA expressed its deep appreciation to Celene Olive Oil Company for representing Libya with distinction on the international stage.
LEDA affirmed its readiness to provide all necessary facilities and support for the development of the olive oil sector and to position Libya among the leading exporting countries.
