Benghazi Chamber participates in workshop on the blue economy

Benghazi Chamber of Commerce reported yesterday that it had organised a training seminar in Benghazi from 11 to 12 October entitled “Producing Olives and Olive Oil with International Standards”

Benghazi Chamber said this comes as part of its continuing efforts to support the agricultural sector and enhance the status of Libyan products.

A group of experts and specialists from Arab countries participated in the event, along with a group of official figures and institutions concerned with the agricultural sector.

The seminar was widely attended by olive press owners, farmers, and those interested in the olive oil industry, who engaged in discussions that addressed the latest agricultural practices and modern technologies in olive production according to international standards, ensuring higher quality and greater competitiveness for Libyan products in foreign markets.
