The Man-Made River Project Authority announced yesterday that all stations in the system have gone offline due to a power outage and complete blackout affecting cities and regions in western and southern Libya.
This starts from Al-Hasawna in the southwest of the country, passing through the pumping station in Tarhuna southeast of Tripoli, and reaching the two pumping stations in Al-Rabita in the northwest of the country.
