Al-Harouge Oil Operations Company reported last Tuesday (27 January) that it has commenced operations at the new well B120 in the Amal field, after overcoming several challenges encountered during drilling and connection work. The well, located at a depth of 10,210 feet, adds approximately 1,800 barrels per day to production.
Engineer Mohamed Jaballah, Chairman of the Management Committee, confirmed that bringing well B120 online represents a significant milestone in the company’s objectives to increase production rates. He noted that this achievement embodies the practical commitment to implementing the directives and plans of the National Oil Corporation to enhance production and ensure its sustainability.
