‎The Transport Ministry’s Airports Authority announced last Tuesday (6 August) the completion of installation of electronic boarding card gates at Misrata Airport.

This modern technological update, it added, comes as part of the comprehensive plan to develop infrastructure and services at various Libyan airports. It also comes as part of the Authority’s efforts to keep pace with the latest international standards and meet the aspirations of passengers.

The Airports Authority said these gates are equipped with advanced reading systems for boarding passes, part of a comprehensive plan to raise the level of services at all Libyan airports, in line with the best international practices in the field of air transport.‎
