AmCham Libya leading Libyan delegation to 2024 World of Concrete Tradeshow in Las Vegas, 23-25 January

For the second consecutive year, AmCham Libya is supporting a Libyan delegation to attend the 2024 World of Concrete (WoC) Tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is expected that approximately 100 Libyans will attend.

AmCham will be attending the event to support engagement between Libyan delegates and exhibitors. This support will include outreach to exhibitors of interest prior to the event, introductions to exhibitors, participation in discussions with exhibitors, answering any Libya-related questions and requesting involvement of the U.S. Department of Commerce or U.S. Embassy if relevant. AmCham also assists with expedited visa interview dates for participants, with generous support from the U.S. Embassy.

Debbie Hirst, AmCham Libya President, told Libya Herald “We look forward to welcoming Libyan businesspeople to this important event for the construction sector, and to further encouraging the engagement of U.S. companies in Libya. The event was a great success last year, and we had significant interest from people to attend it again. We expect that a Libyan delegation to WOC will become a regular occurrence.”

WoC is the commercial construction industry’s first, largest and most important annual international event for concrete and masonry professionals across the globe. Celebrating its 50th year in 2024, WoC 2024 will have all the latest products, leading-industry suppliers, resources, and valuable education necessary for concrete and masonry professionals with over 1,100 exhibitors. More information can be found at www.worldofconcrete.com.
