Libyan Fertilizer Company’s Urea 2 plant re-enters production with 1,487 MT per day

The Libya Fertilizer Company (formerly the Libyan Norwegian Fertilizer Company. Its name was changed on 16 June 2021), LIFECO, announced yesterday that its Urea 2 plant had re-entered production.

Currently it is producing 1,487 MT per day, at a rate equivalent to 85% of its total plant capacity of 1,750 MT per day, LIFECO explained.
