London, 12 October 2021:
At a lavish hotel event in Tripoli yesterday, Prime Minister Abd Alhamid Aldabaiba launched the Citizen Service Centre (CSC).
The government said the centre is considered the first initiative of its kind to reduce the distance between citizens and government institutions that have obligations towards them.
It said the CSC aims to provide greater comfort to every citizen, by communicating their voice, complaints, and inquiries easily, and enabling them to follow up on the status of inquiries or grievances with the concerned authority, without the need for an intermediary (wasta), and from anywhere in Libya.
The CSC is now at its first stage and inquiries, or complaints can initially be communicated to the concerned authority by email, and it will be delivered directly to the competent authority.
